As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Savannah GA for 9 years. I provide in person and telemed therapy to individuals, couples, and families in a supportive environment where we can navigate life’s difficult transitions. I believe that talk therapy gives us increased ability to understand our decisions, behaviors, and choices available to us. My goal is to help each person identify their own strengths and contributions, as well as skills to cope with challenges. I enjoy working with people of all genders, ages, and cultural backgrounds. Helping my clients to build confidence and meet maximum potential in life is my passion!

I offer face to face or Telemed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed and Solution Focused treatment to couples and individuals. I am comfortable treating many symptoms including depression, anxiety, challenges communicating, compulsive behaviors, intrusive thoughts/obsessions, low self esteem, and mood dysregulation.
