Licensed Professional Counselor
I am a retired veteran in the US Army. As a Licensed Professional Counselor who served the communities of Savannah, GA, Hinesville, GA, and Fayetteville, NC for more than 21 years, I remain enthusiastic about helping people. I provide in-person and tele-health therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
I offer unconditional positive regards to all my clients to create a safe and non-judgmental environment. I am skilled in using various therapeutic modalities such as Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Positive Parenting Therapy, and Anger Management Skills. I continue honing my skills by attending seminars and workshops to stay current with new approaches in this field that will help me better serve my clients.
My goal is to motivate and help each person recognize their ability to solve his or her own problems. I am comfortable working with clients who are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and mood disorders. Helping my clients to achieve unconditional self-acceptance in life has always been my therapy passion.
