Atlantic Counseling Services, LLC is proud to play an active role in our local military community. Several members of our clinical and support staff have experience with military life, and we strive to use their knowledge to best meet your needs.

Military counseling is a specialized field that addresses the needs of the military community and families of service members. The military community faces unique requirements of military service members, as military personnel face a very specific set of emotional and mental health difficulties that are not experienced in the same way by the general population.

Coverage Options

Service members and family members seeking mental health services have the option to utilize Tricare medical benefits to obtain services. Active duty soldiers and/or family members covered under Tricare Prime will have no out-of-pocket expenses associated with outpatient mental health services. Members covered under Tricare Prime Retired will be subject to a co-pay.
